The Guinness Book of World Records has some of the most random records. One of these records is registered to German man Rolf Buchholz, who holds the record for the most number of piercings in a human body.
The 60-year-old German man has over more than 450 piercings in his body. Out of these, more than half, around 278 piercings are on his reproductive system. He is considering adding more
For his love of piercings, Buchholz was verified by the Guinness Book of Records as the world’s most pierced man, back in 2010.
Rolf – who also has a number of tattoos – says his piercings don’t cause him many problems, even the 94 various metal rings and studs around his mouth.
He says the only issue he’s ever had was once trying to get through airport security in Dubai, where he was sent packing over fears that his alternative look meant he was likely to practice “black magic.”
He also has Human horns which are actually made of either Teflon, coral or silicone. They are then inserted beneath the skin of the forehead.
People with tattoos and other body modifications show off their adornments at the annual gathering in Brussels. Casual visitors can get inked from some of the best tattoo artists in the world. The convention is actually a competition and anyone who obtains tattoos at the event is eligible to participate.
