The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) candidate in the Gatundu South parliamentary race has been declared the winner by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission.

Gabriel Kagombe was declared the winner of the Gatundu South parliamentary seat after garnering 17,825 votes, followed by Kung’u Kibathi (Independent) with 15,470 votes.
Kagombe now takes over from the incumbent MP Moses Kuria, who had vied for the Kiambu gubernatorial seat
