Hannah met his husband in church. They met at a concert where they were invited to perform as artists. The got acquainted as they were having lunch and her husband joked about marrying her. They exchanged contacts and everyone went on their ways.
A few months later, 3 months to be exact, hannah’s Husband came to church and asked the pastor for her hand in marriage. Given that the husband was very respected in the church the pastor prayed for them, gave them his blessings and sent them on their way to go start a family.
Their love grew stronger everyday until Hannah got pregnant with the first child. Things started to change. Her husband would come home and start calling men sweet names on the phone. He would change his voice trying to sound like a woman trying to impress the other men.
Hannah also noticed that when they used to take baths together she realized that something was wrong when she looked at the husband’s orifice. When she asked, the husband came out clean and told her that he was gay but promised to change.
Hannah’s perseverance was because of her kids and the fact that she loved her husband so much, so the promise of ‘i will be better’ was all she wanted. She held on with the hope of his Husband will change.
She gave birth to two more kids with hope that the husband will change but nothing changed. The slightest change that happened was that he became violent.
She went to seek help from her pastors and her parents and sibling but no one was able to convince her husband to change.
One day the Husband woke up, called his male friends and carried everything they had in the house. He asked for his deposit on the house back and left. She left Hannah and her 3 children to suffer with no house and nothing to eat since Hannah had given birth and had no work.
Today Hannah sleeps on the floor with her child with nothing to eat and nowhere to go. What a difficult life? She is asking for help from anyone who might be kind enough to extend a helping hand.
