A Woman has narrated how her husband is disabled, sick and addicted to drinking porridge. She says her hubby cannot survive 10 minutes without drinking porridge.
He does it after every 10 to 20 minutes and if not given porridge, he starts dying.
This situation has really troubled his wife who is poor and cannot afford the porridge each time.
Her neighbours and friends helps him with some flour to make his husband porridge each and everytime.
Sometimes when the wife has gone to do casual works to look for money, his husband asks his small kids to give him porridge.
They fail to provide since there is always no enough flour at home. The husband starts behaving like a person who is dying hence attracting attention from neighbours who prepare for him some porridge to drink.
Others lough at her husband and wonder how a grown up man can be addicted to porridge even more than a small child.
His wife says she is tired of making porridge to her husband each and everytime. She does not have any kind of a job or any source of money and that is a big challenge to her.
That makes it difficult to get enough flour to make his husband porridge each and every time he asks.
She says sometimes they are forced to sleep hungry with all chidren because all the flour that could have been used to make supper for the entire family is used to cook porridge for his dying husband
She reached a point and almost gave up on her husband. Some of her friends advised her to end the life of her husband so as to stop enduring pain and suffering in life.
She however says that she will never give up and do such an evil act to her beloved husband since they came from far.
She says she will continue doing whatever it takes to cater for her disabled husband and always make sure that he is given porridge whenever he asks.
She has asked well-wishers to intervene and help her take her husband for medication.
She says she does not believe if the strange addiction to porridge is normal. She says it may have been due to poisoning.
