controversial Dictator Yoweri Museveni does stop to amaze sometimes apart from annoying. Museveni who extended his 30 years leadership in Uganda has once again hit headlines stating that Women who shout name of God during Lungula should be jailed. He has consequentially instructed the bodies involved to draft bill so that it can be presented to him for signing. Museveni seems to borrow the idea from Dr John Hagee who believes “there is no greater sin” than wrongly using God’s name during a night of passion and “simple blasphemy” should be treated as crime.
He said there was “no greater sin” that using God’s name during sex, adding: “That is one of the filthiest, most derogatory and sinful uses of the Lord’s name I can think of.
“If it were up to me, I would put every single woman or girl who does that in jail.” Said the Dr. John
Museveni rule is causing controversy as even US president Barack Obama said he doesn’t recognize Museveni as Ugandan president.
