The world tallest man in world 2018 alive. The World’s tallest man living on Earth today is Sultan Kosen ( Height: 8 feet and 3 inches). He was born on December 10 1982, and at the age of 33 he enjoys his crown in the Guinness World Records since 2009. He is a farmer and living a simple life with his family in Mardin, Turkey.

Just like other world tallest men, he also has acromegaly condition. He took over the record from Bao Xishun in 2009 and up until now, he is the verified title holder. Today, the world’s tallest man may follow in the footsteps of another big man as he steps foot in Hollywood.
