Nairobi Lawyer Felix Kiprono is a man under siege after he sensationally declared interest to marry President Obama’s first-born daughter Malia Obama.
A city lawyer has a special request for President Barack Obama in 2015.
His dream is to marry one of Obama’s daughters, Malia, and is ready to pay 50 cows, 70 sheep and 30 goats as bride price.
Speaking to The Nairobian, Kiprono, who hit the headlines when he moved to court seeking to have William Ruto sworn in as president when Uhuru travelled to The Hague for his ICC case, said he is ready to meet Obama to discuss the matter when the US president visits in July.
“I got interested in her in 2008. As a matter of fact, I haven’t dated anyone since and promise to be faithful to her. I have shared this with my family and they are willing to help me raise the bride price,” he said.
he young lawyer claims his love for Malia is real and not infatuation.
He claims Malia has Kenyan blood since his father Obama has Kenyan roots.
“People might say I am after the family’s money, which is not the case. My love is real,” he said, adding that, “I am currently drafting a letter to Obama asking him to please have Malia accompany him for this trip. I hope the embassy will pass the letter to him. I will hand it over to the US Ambassador with whom we have interacted several times.”
FELIX KIPRONO CONVERTS TO ISLAM
The Kenyan lawyer who expressed interest to marry President Barack Obama’s first born daughter, Malia, has converted to Islam.
Felix Kiprono Matagei, who hit the headlines globally after announcing he was offering 50 cows, 70 sheep and 30 goats as bride price for Malia Obama, says he ditched Christianity after being introduced to Islam by a lady friend in 2012.
“I converted to Islam in 2012 at Jamia Mosque after my female friend introduced me to the religion. I have been a Muslim since then,” he told Citizen Digital.
“The lady had a good heart, and she managed to convince me that Islam completely embraces brotherhood, so I bought the idea of converting,” said the learned friend.
The lawyer added it has taken him almost three years to undertake Tawhid classes, which he said held him back from publicly announcing his conversion.
LADY OFFERS FELIX TO MARRY HIM INSTEAD
A Nairobi woman has now penned the lawyer an emotional letter in which she begs him to marry her instead, with the promise of helping Mr Kiprono build his own White House.
Ann Kioko, 27 years- old and who says she lives in the outskirts of Nairobi, circulated her love letter to the local media.
Read it below:
Dear Felix Kiprono,
I write this letter with a lot of expectations and prayers for a positive response.
It has been long since I visited my Facebook account, I have been up and down with life hassles. I live in a simple house in the outskirts of Nairobi and have to wake up very early to go to work to avoid traffic jam, but I am not always lucky in the evenings.
Of late I think Kenyans have really grown rich, they have bought so many cars, I am yet to though.
So today I decided to spare a little airtime for bundles and accessed Facebook only to find this headline that you have offered all those herds of livestock to Malia
