Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto hold the highest Office in Kenya as president and deputy president respectively. These people are rarely intimidated because they are under heavy security surveillance.
Jesus teaching on Kingdom of heaven casts light on difficult it will be to enter kingdom of God. Most people will go the wide path which is for sinners while very few people will go the narrow path which is for righteous. God selects a limited number of faithful Christians who, after their death, will be resurrected to life in heaven.
During the burial of legendary Gikuyu musician Joseph Kamaru in 2018, President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy William Ruto were among the top Government officials who attended the Burial.
While the whole burial was marred by a sombre mood, the highlight of the send-off ceremony was a powerful sermon delivered by Bishop Harrison Ng’ang’a of the Christian Foundation Fellowship Church left powerful people in burial and the whole country at large scared.
Bishop read bible verse 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 “Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who marry opposite gender, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God,”
The sermon was so tense and the whole congregation was left wondering if he qualifies to inherit the Kingdom of God. Uhuru and Ruto were among those who were left scared if could really make it to heaven.
President Uhuru claimed he was forced to turn to the DP during the preaching to inquire from him whether if he would make it to heaven and Ruto told him he is really worried about Journey of going to heaven.
Ruto on his Speech assured the preacher he will change his spiritual ways so that he qualifies to inherit Kingdom of God.
