In 1969, KASNEB(Kenya Accountancy and Secretaries National and Examination Board) was established by the accountants act as a professional accounting body to develop the syllabus and set examinations that cover topics on accounts, finance, governance, management and even information technology. KASNEB is located in Upper Hill, Nairobi just near KNH(Kenyatta National Hospital).
KASNEB FEES STRUCTURE
The exam fees for the CPA exams in Kenya is Ksh 2,700 for each section of CPA part I, Ksh 4,400 for each section of CPA part II and Ksh 6,600 for each section of CPA part III in Kenya.
Apart from that, there is a registration renewal fee due on 1 July for new students and annually after that. Therefore, continuing students of KASNEB are required to renew their annual registration by 1 July of every year Ksh 1500.
