The education fraternity in Nandi East has been plunged into mourning following the tragic death of a young teacher whose life and career were cut short just as his future appeared full of promise.
Reports reaching our desk indicate that Mwalimu Abraham Kibet of Kaputi Junior Secondary School (JS) died following a road accident while he was reportedly travelling home with shopping for his family.
What began as an ordinary journey home would tragically become his final journey.
According to the reports, the vehicle in which Teacher Abraham was travelling was involved in an accident, leaving his family, colleagues, learners and friends grappling with the painful reality of his sudden death.
His passing has sent shockwaves through the Kaputi JS community, where he was known as a teacher who still had many years ahead of him to serve, inspire and make a difference in the lives of young learners.
