HOW TO COOK PIZZA AT HOME

You can cook Pizza at home easily using this very simple procedure

PIZZA RECIPE INGRIDIENTS

Plain flour – half cup

self rising floor – half cup

1 tea spoon of yeast

1 tea spoon of honey

1 tea spoon of lukeworm water

OTHER PIZZA BAKING TOPPINGS

pineapples

dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, parsley) – 1 tea spoon

Sun dried tomatoes ( Sun-dried tomatoes are ripe tomatoes that lose most of their water content after spending a majority of their drying time in the sun. )

a third cup of tomato paste

Roasted capsicum sliced into strips

Bocconcini – These are egg sized Mozzarella cheeses that originated in Naples and were once made only from the milk of water buffaloes. They are semi-soft, white and rindless, unripened mild cheeses available as a delicatessen in plastic tubs filled with whey or water.

PROCEDURE OF MAKING PIZZA DOUGH

1 Put lukewarm water in plastic then add plain and self rising dough

Add teaspoon of honey, yeast and salt

Pond the mixture till it makes a smooth dough. The dough should be as round as a football.

Return the dough into the basin then cover it up for 2-4 hours to allow it to rise

Combine tomato paste and herbs in a small bowl and then spread over the pizza dough with a spatula

Top pizza with Bocconcini/Mozzarella, Tomatoes, Olives and Anchovies

Place the dough in light medium heat

Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat and then turn the heat down to medium low and cook for further 10-15 minutes.

You can now decorate it with basil leaves

You can now enjoy the pizza
